Farinha de trigo até dar o ponto de enrolar

Modo de preparo
Misture todos os ingredientes, vá colocando a farinha até desgrudar das mãos, a massa não pode ficar dura. Sovar muito bem, deixe crescer até dobrar de volume, recheie a gosto, pincele e asse até corar.

500 gr de farinha de trgo
250 ml de água morna
1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar

30 gr de fermento biológico
1 ovo inteiro
1 gema para pincelar

Faça uma esponja com 100 ml de água, 100 gr de farinha de trigo, 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar e o fermento, mexa até misturar bem, cubra e deixe descansar por uns 20 minutos. Depois desse tempo acrescente os ingredientes restantes e sove muito bem, deixe descansar por mais 30 minutos. Modele os pães, corte pedaços da massa do tamanho que preferir ( esses tem 55gr cada). Deixe descansar novamente até dobrar de volume, pincele gema, asse em forno 180 gr , mais ou menos uns 30 minutos ou até corar.
